Privacy Policy
What we collect through the enquiry form on this site, why, how it is stored, and how to ask us to access, correct, or delete it.
Last updated 15 September 2026
This page covers the personal data collected through the enquiry form on nexusconnecthk.com. Nexus Global runs no other data collection on this site: no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. If you have not used the contact form, this site has not collected anything about you beyond the standard access logs any web host keeps.
Who this is about
Nexus Global (NexusGlobal Sourcing Limited), head office Unit B, 17th Floor, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong, is the data controller for information submitted through this site. Nexus Global is a subsidiary of Lincor Holdings; enquiries are read and answered by named people at Lincor Holdings on Nexus Global's behalf, which is why replies may come from a lincorholdings.com address.
What the enquiry form collects
Submitting the form sends us:
- Full name, company name, and email address (required)
- Phone number, the nature of your enquiry, and what best describes you - retailer, brand, manufacturer, or supplier (optional)
- Your message
The site also passes along, automatically:
- The page you submitted from
- A country-level location and your browser's user agent string, both used only to make sense of where enquiries come from
We do not collect or store your IP address. The country-level location above comes from our hosting provider's edge network, not from logging the address itself.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of business communications with retailers, brands, manufacturers, and suppliers we deal with. Submitting the form is you asking us to use your details for that purpose; we do not use anything you send us for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Where it goes
Three outside services handle an enquiry on its way to us, each doing only what is needed to get your message to the right people:
- Supabase stores the enquiry in a database in Singapore. It carries no access rules that let anything but our own backend read it - nothing logged into our website or any partner-facing system can see it.
- Resend delivers the notification email to the two people at Nexus Global / Lincor Holdings who handle enquiries, and lets us confirm the mail actually arrived.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission came from a real visitor rather than a bot. It sees your browser's challenge response, not your name, email, or message - see Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice for what that involves on their side.
Because Supabase's storage is in Singapore and Resend operates internationally, your enquiry is processed outside whichever country you send it from. Each provider is bound by its own data protection commitments; we do not hand your details to anyone beyond this list.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we might reasonably need them to manage a business relationship or answer a follow-up, and we do not run any automatic deletion schedule against them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time - see below.
Your rights
Whether you're covered by South Africa's POPIA, the EU/UK GDPR, or another data protection law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your enquiry
- Stop using it, or explain why we're using it
To ask any of this, use the phone numbers below or the contact form and tell us it's a privacy request. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page will change with it and the date at the top will move.
